Who I am as a therapist

I work with adults struggling with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, addiction and sobriety, relationship issues, body image problems, sexuality and gender identity, grief and loss, family conflicts and traumatic childhood experiences.

I use a range of therapeutic modalities, including Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based, Compassion-Focused, and Attachment Therapy to help my clients work through their challenges and find a greater sense of inner peace.

Through my own extensive personal growth work, I know the life changing transformation and healing that can occur with the help of a committed therapist. I am honored to help others find their unique strengths, heal their relationships and live happier and more satisfying lives.

My clients will tell you that my therapeutic style is warm, compassionate and empowering, and our sessions often  incorporate laughter and humor when appropriate.
